Cannot send messages?

Hey again everyone.
Just a quick query.
I got a private message from someone, and I cannot find a link to reply to it, or a way to send them a message from their profile either.
Is it because Im still quite a new member?
If so, thankyou for the offer of help Box Ninja.
If not, what am I missing?

lol that was from me, i think soul set it up so that the pms are activated after the user is no longer considered new, i dont actually know the exact number but it could be something like get 25 posts or somthing like that
